Sibylla and Christine from Berlin, Germany. According to them we serve the best breakfast in Australia (and they're probably right), and we are the best bed and breakfast in North Queensland

Carlo and Savi - all the way from Volketswil in sunny Switzerland. A great couple - a real pleasure having them stay here. Thank you very much for the Chocolate Advent calendar - delicious !! And thank you so much for the map of Switzerland - one of so many gifts we have received from this wonderful couple.

Sabine and Alexander from Basle, Switzerland. Another great couple. Are all Swiss people fantastic ?? They all seem to know the finest Bed and Breakfast in North Queensland

Another swiss visitor - Jean-Marc from the French speaking side. Would you believe that he turned up at 7.30 in the morning expecting his bed to be ready!! For his cheek he was rewarded with a free breakfast

And yet another couple from Switzerland - Nicole and Michael, friends of Carlo and Savi, and Mario and Rebecca.

Our first family from Germany - Kirsten, Stefan are the big people and the little people are Larissa, Alex and Jennifer. They loved the pool at the best North Queensland Bed and Breakfast

Our first Swedish family - Lotta, Jakob, Mimmi and Michael. We have been invited to their summer house in Sweden. We will go there when it is a bit warmer in Sweden

Mitra, a fabulous girl from Germany. She came here to relax, but ended up white water rafting, crocodile wrestling etc... Hope you have received your video by now

Sarah and Rene from Rapperswil in Switzerland. They finally emailed us with the name of the town where they live so that we could put a pin in the map for them. So now Rapperswil is famous throughout the whole of the world.

Eveline, Bas and Hannaka - three of the world's finest radiologists. Bas was in a separate room, but he always showered with the girls. And where is the bottle of wine for doing your washing, Eveline??

Karina from the Canary Islands. Our first guest from Fuertaventura (hope the spelling is OK). The only girl we know with 12 suitcases full of clothes

Annemarie and Boukje from Delft. Two very rich Dutch girls (owners of a jewellery empire) who pretended to be poor - stayed a couple of nights and then came back for more. These guys had breakfast at 1:30 in the afternoon - can you believe it.

Jenne and Sanna, our first Finnish guests - sat in our pergola all afternoon trying to get a tan (whilst on the mobile phone all of the time)

Richard and Gabby from Germany. Richard is a world famous radioastronomer. Didn't see the cassowary, but saw loads of brilliant Ulysses butterflies. Repeat visitors

Riccardo and Roberta from Turin with their beautiful children Virginia and Elia - our first family from Italy. Also repeat visitors

Nick and Anna from Denmark, with their beautiful daughter Emilia. Loved the pool - even though it was July. Thanks for the Danish book, Anna, much appreciated (and thanks for the mint slice biscuits you left behind !!)

Bettina and Juergen from the beautiful city of Vienna. Bettina's English is excellent - and no wonder - she is an English teacher. I wonder if she wears those trousers to school ??

Willem and Rene, two famous soccer players from Papendrecht, Holland, although they look like they belong to the Dutch Mafia. Did a lot of walking in the rainforest. Thanks for the tip guys !!

From Switzerland, Chris - probably the finest bicycle mechanic in Europe, and lovely girlfriend Denise (who prefers riding Chris to bicycles !!)

Ulrike and Joerg from Freiberg, Germany. Two overpaid and underworked teachers - but rumour has it that they are the best teachers in the South West region of Germany

Florian and Katrina from Westerham ??, South Germany. Great couple - also deserve to be on the Sweethearts page. Florian really enjoyed his big cooked breakfasts (see the queensland bed and breakfast page) - always ate everything - good boy !!

Two lovely ladies Tini and Jeanet from Amsterdam, both aged about 29. Tini now concentrates on painting and singing, and Jeanet is Holland's most famous acupuncturist and email expert

The beautiful Sandra and the multi-linguist Martin from Switzerland. Both expert accountants, and unlike other accountants they have a fantastic sense of humour.

Renger, Michel and Susan from Thun, Switzerland. Renger is Switzerland's leading DOS expert, Susan is a world famous anaesthetist and Michel likes teddy bears and Barbie

Joelle from Brussells - the dubious honour of being the second person (in fact the second girlie !!) to walk through our new flyscreens

Marjan and Antoinet from Amsterdam (friends of Marjolein and Martine). Went for a rainforest walk at 10.00 am and did not return till nearly midnight. I very nearly called the police, the Search and Rescue, the coastguard, FBI, CIA, etc.......

Staffan and Margaretha from Hoor. Margaretha is Sweden's most beautiful agronomist, and Staffan is boss of the world famous Skanes Wildlife Park - visit their website www.skanesdjurpark.se Staffan was over the moon at seeing 4 cassowaries here.

Jeroen and Liesbeth from Amsterdam. Liesbeth sorts out coffee beans for Starbuck's, and Jeroen is known globally as Holland's answer to Steve Irwin. In his spare time he is a consultant for HP.

Friedhelm and Anna from Cologne. Friedhelm is a famous car prototype designer and Anna is a manager for a tourist company (LTU Touristik GMBH). Both have a great sense of humour.

Andrej and Jana from Slovakia. Andrej is a respected economist and Internet guru, and Jana is a top class lawyer and a part-time jeweller - check out www.region-turiec.sk/sperky

Meike and Katrin from Cologne and Munich. These two were definitely party animals - never went to bed before 4am. Breakfast time for them was 1.30 in the afternoon.

Rebecca and Mario from Switzerland. Rebecca is a famous teacher, and Mario is probably Switzerland's finest sky diver.

Gerlinde and Franz from Vienna. Gerlinde is a high-flying investment adviser, and Franz is Austria's most famous architect, and he strongly approves of the design of Licuala Lodge, a stunning Bed and Breakfast in North Queensland.

Sophie and Hans from Belgium. Sophie had a chain of florist shops, which she has sold for millions of Euros and Hans was a high-flying executive lawyer working for the European Commission.

Fabienne from Paris. She is a famous French actress currently working in Sydney. We expect to see her in a Hollywood movie within the next year or two. And maybe then she will come back to see the Great Barrier Reef, here in North Queensland

Ron and Pam from Cyprus. Now retired from the teaching game - Ron a university professor, Pam a headmistress. They also lived in Fiji and Oman - determined not to return to ole Blighty.

From Vienna - Anna, Gernot, Pauli and Susanne - on a six week tour of Oz.

From Amsterdam - John, Holland's most famous and respected Judge, and Werner a renown Psychologist. Both were lucky enough to see Cassie, Charlie and Dave, the three cassowaries.

From New Zealand, but on their way back to Switzerland - hopefully to find gainful employment - Ursula, Peter and Renee, doing a final tour of Australia.
