Accommodation in Tropical Queensland
Back Row - Sara (bit of a twitcher) and Ian (not a twitcher) from Townsville, and in the front Eileen from Brisbane, Annette from Reigate, and Elva from Oxford. It was Annette's 80th birthday - and she managed to leave one of her presents at this accommodation in Queensland. |
From Bristol, UK - at the back Dene, a driver, Nigel, also a driver and Ben, a hard-working student. For three lads in one room, they were the neatest and tidiest guests that we have had for a long long time. Sorry if that spoils your street cred boys. Thanks for the beer !! |
From Poole, Dorset UK - Kerry, Dave, Mazza, Bernie and Nicky. In front young Josh, the crocodile hunter and Sophie, Matchbox Bean Seed finder, and missing is Natasha. All expert Paper Wasp chasers, and definitely the largest consumers of beer we've had at the Lodge. |
A wonderful family from Sydney and London, Gisela, Annie, David (brave enough to go on holiday with 6 women !), and four beautiful girls in the front row - Fiona, Ella, Aisling and Anita. They all loved the pool and wrote lots of comments in our Guest Book. |
From Cardiff, James, studying hard (??) at the moment in Sydney, Jessica, off to South America for a couple of years, Alison, a famous author, Peter, a high-flying physicist, and Tristan, a self-confessed nutter who only stops talking when he's asleep. |
From Clapham, Lucie - a domestic engineer who loves ironing, Ian - a publisher and ace photographer, Cameron - a future rally car driver and youngest person to demolish a Full Monty, and Lochlan - a future comedian. Our congratulations to Lucie and Ian on bringing up the best-behaved pair of kids ever to stay at the Lodge. |
Two great couples from Portsmouth - Anne, Tony, Maggie and Keith. All four enjoy life to the full. On their last night they treated myself and Sue to a BBQ dinner - if only all our guests were like these guys. Just a pity that they are Pompey supporters !! |
Susan and Andrew from Chester, both racing aficionados, and Wendy who is now living in Townsville. Missing from the photo are Wendy's two daughters. All had a Full Monty, but the two daughters shared a Full Monty - and they all loved the Black Pudding !! |
From sunny Hobart, Heather and David and in front princess Dominique and prince Nikolas. The two little royals are the youngest to complete our Rainforest Walk (in only 35 minutes), and added several creatures to the walk. Nikolas is a budding AFL player, but is in need of a bit of practice. |
From Melbourne - Nicola, a would be cassowary tamer, Lisa, a government consultant, Robbie, a wanna be lawyer, Lawrie, the best draughtsman in Victoria, and Chris, a future AFL star. And they all like their curry really really hot !! |
From Finchingfield, sunny Essex in the UK - Charlie, the head of the family ??, Robert, the clever one, Katie, the sporty one, Christopher, the young one, Claire, the organiser, and Gillian, the real head of the family. All enjoying a lavish Xmas breakfast. They have a beautiful farm stay in the UK. |
