Things to do at Licuala Lodge
Our wonderful swimming pool is one of our biggest assets – relax, have a swim, read your book or your tablet. If you can get the attention of the head gardener he will gladly take you on a tour of the garden. For those who like to ride on ride-on mowers, Licuala Lodge is the place to be. An hour or so should do the trick. If weeding the garden is your way of relaxing then go for it. The fridge in the guest lounge has plenty of beer, water, juice and ice cream – just serve yourself anytime, we have an honesty box system.
If you are missing all those domestic chores we have a laundry and ironing board. Feel free to do some of our ironing – no need to ask, just do it. For those of you who cannot bear to be away from the computer, fear not !! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Lodge.
And when Sue and I have finished our daily chores, we like to have a glass of wine or two on the main verandah. So at wine o’clock (approx 6pm) why not come and join us for a glass (or two) and together we can debate the world’s problems.
Surely there must be something there to tempt you to stay here in Mission Beach !!
Why stay anywhere else?
